- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. It started it out well with my cleanings and the initial x-rays being covered by them, but since my last cleaning, I have had nothing but major issues with this place. They are constantly calling to reschedule, I have had an appointment scheduled at a different time than agreed upon, and this last time when I got two fillings I got a statement from my insurance stating that I owed Aspen Dental $62. They required me to pay $154 on the day of services. I called about it and was informed that they haven't been paid by the insurance yet, so I will have to call back in a couple of weeks to get reimbursed. When I asked if the reimbursement was automatically, she said no, you will have to call back. Why I will never recommend the place to anyone? If I wouldn't call about a reimbursement, they would just pocket the extra money! Such a dishonest thing to do in my opinion, so I will no longer support this company and I hope you will not either.June 20, 2017by Brittney Schaller
